Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located Athens cottage. Perfect for a weekend getaway... this one bedroom, one bathroom home is historically charming even with the modern renovations that have been done. Minutes from UGA's campus, Sanford Stadium, and downtown Athens. You'll be close to some of Athens' favorite restaurants and hang out spots like Trapeze Pub, Last Resort Grill, Rook & Pawn, and much more! Let this be your home away from home!

Walking through the front door, you'll immediately find yourself in the living room that hosts a comfy couch and a huge flat-screen Smart TV.  
\- Just a couple steps from the couch is the fully equipped kitchen that has stainless steel appliances and soft-close cabinets.  
\- Down the hall, is the nicely renovated bathroom that has a wonderful walk-in shower great for taking a relaxing shower.  
\- Next to the bathroom is the spacious bedroom filled with tons of natural light and a comfortable king-sized bed, Smart TV, and dresser.  
\- Outside, you will be able to enjoy the twinkling lights hanging over the fire pit while you warm up on a breezy night!  
  
Guests will receive a keypad code the day prior or the morning of their reservation date.

A car will most likely be needed. There is also a bus that stops nearby. Uber and Lyft are also accessible.  
  
IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement prior to your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one.  
  
Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our  
travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage  
for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer  
the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to check-in for a  
100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally,  
if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest  
easy knowing that we've got you covered.  
  
Pets are welcome on the premises, and a pet fee of $125 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste or additional charges may apply.
