This newly built three-bedroom apartment offers the perfect balance of space, style, and comfort, designed to accommodate up to six guests. Each bedroom features a comfortable double bed with fresh linens and ample clothing storage, making it ideal for families, friends, or colleagues traveling together. With two full bathrooms, mornings are hassle-free, and guests will find everything they need, including soft towels, hair dryers, body soap, and shampoo.

Once a fashionable district of the city, Kypseli has retained much of its charm, with neoclassical buildings, small parks, and bustling pedestrian avenues filled with cafés, bakeries, and traditional tavernas. Fokionos Negri, one of Athens’ most famous promenades, is nearby and offers a vibrant atmosphere with outdoor seating, local eateries, and shops, making it a favorite place for both locals and visitors to gather.
