### Athenian Sun-Kissed Penthouse with huge Balcony!

This cozy penthouse boasts a BIG verandah, with views of Athens.  
The latest "in" place to be in Athens.  
1' walk to Petralona metro station.  
2 stops away from Monastiraki and only 1 stop from Thiseio.  
Supermarkets, restaurants & bars close by.  
Close to tourist attractions including the Acropolis and Acropolis museum.  
On the 5th floor with a lift.  
A full kitchen, with a window.  
WiFi, Aircon, Smart TV, Washing machine & all other necessities.  
You will have all you need, to make your trip memorable.  
  
This 23sqm apartment has a lot of light and a realy huge verandah, that overlooks Athens suburbs. The view is uninterrupted.  
In summer, you will love the outside area for your meals and sundowners.  
The kitchen is fully equipped .   
It is a quiet apartment on the 5th floor, with only one other apartment on the same floor.  
The apartment is full of natural light and has been newly renovated.  
 If you are going to be spending more time in the apartment for work or relaxation, you will feel at home.  
When you have spent your day outdoors, shopping or visiting the many tourist attractions, you will be happy to drop off your shopping and enjoy the quiet, relaxing atmosphere of the apartment.  
  
The entire apartment is available to my guests.  
  
Petralona is a suburb, which has recently become the "in" place to be. Outside the train station there are restaurants and coffee shops lining the pavements, which are mostly open-air. Bakeries are plentiful and have all sorts or goodies.   
Petralona is 2 stops by Metro to Monastiraki, which is a huge flea market type shopping area. It is constantly buzzing, with buskers, restaurants, music etc.  
  
2' minute walk to Petralona Metro station.  
Street parking is available around the apartment.  
  
As this is a quiet residential block, I kindly ask my guests to be respectful of the other tenants in the block.  
No smoking inside the apartment, only on verandah.
