### Apartment in the heart of Plaka

Semi-detached apartment 56 m² in a quiet pedestrian street in the heart of Plaka, 450 meters from the Acropolis Museum, with direct access to metro and train, Acropolis Monastiraki and Syntagma stations. A breath away from Andrianou Street, very close to the most commercial street of Athens, Ermou Street and a breath away from the most interesting archaeological sites of the center of Athens and the National Garden. At a distance of 400 meters from the accommodation there is a self service washing machine.  
The space  
Entire apartment for up to 4 people with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.  
The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful pedestrian streets of the picturesque Plaka. In a few minutes walk from the most important archaeological sites, historical monuments, museums and shopping streets. Book now!  
The space is 56 sq.m. renovated in July 2023, with a special taste that combines the classic with the modern, on a mezzanine floor with a hall, a living room with a sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, while there are also 2 smart TVs, in bedroom and living room. Well equipped to accommodate up to 4 people comfortably, giving them the opportunity to explore the city from a unique, quiet but at the same time very central point.  
It is a 4-minute walk to self-service washing and drying facilities.  
Costs for pre-arrival cleaning, hot water, heating and free high-speed internet access are included.  
Towels, bed linen, toiletries, and household cleaners are provided.  
For journeys to or from the Airport, port or any other transport, the host is available to assist you with this upon request at an additional cost.  
Arrival is after 15:00 and departure until 11:00 am. For these hours there may be flexibility and this will depend on the availability of the previous and the following day. In case the booking calendar allows us we can offer late check-out free of charge. Free luggage storage available nearby on request from 08:00 to 23:00.  
We will be there to welcome you, give you information, any help and answer your questions.  
Our aim is to make our apartment a beautiful travel experience. It is an excellent choice that can serve both your travel and business purposes.
