The facility is as described on the website. It was clean as a whistle.Randy, the host, communicated promptly, and at times followed up the messaging on the website with a note to my email directly. This attention to good communication is representative of the care he gives to hosting well. He's first class. Be patient finding the address. He gives great directions so it's not hard. The neighbourhood is hilly, corners are tight in some places, and streets are narrow. We were pulling an 18' fishing boat so we noticed these things. But there was no problem.
