Stayed in December during our visit to Pairi Daiza and Brugge. We stayed in a clean, spacious room and if you didn’t get it cleaned for a day you’d get a bar voucher. The reception staff were very polite and helpful. We got to breakfast quite late in the morning so lots of the food had run out. Managed to catch the smoked salmon on one out of the two days. There’s a do it yourself egg station for boiling eggs which I thought was quite cute, but you must keep an eye on your egg so no one nabs it lol! The restaurant is closed on Sunday, but we ate there on the Saturday evening. The server was very unfriendly and you could tell he didn’t want to be there. The food was ok, no complaints. The hotel is also in the middle of nowhere, but we would stay again if en route somewhere.

Stayed for 2 nights. Rooms were not cleaned during the day. We had booked a room for 3 people so a spare bed was added to the room. No extra pillow are toweös though. Bedlinen had holes. Breakfast was very basic. Many tables were not clean and staff were nowhere to be seen. Staff at the reception were very friendly.

Goede locatie om te overnachten voor een streekbezoek. Vriendelijk personeel. Hoewel men uitermate zijn best deed om het ontbijt goed te laten verlopen, kan worden aangestipt iets meer aandacht aan het aanbod broodjes te schenken en wat minder op alleen de Franse achtergrond van klanten.

Week-end de Pâques

Hôtel bien situé , facile d accès , chambres spacieuses mais les moquettes devraient être changées au profit de sols plus hygiéniques. (Trop d’acariens dans les moquettes) Les couettes sont très agréables mais le jeté de lit ajouté qui passe d’un client à l’autre devrait être supprimé. Celui-ci n’est sûrement pas lavé à chaque fois et avoir des poils est rebutant . Un peu de maintenance dans les chambres pourrait être envisagé par la direction ( peinture, plaque de finition de prise à remettre…) Cela ne relève en rien de la responsabilité du personnel mais de la direction . Personnel très avenant , agréable , de bon conseil et en sous effectif cela est flagrant quand la fréquentation est très importante . Mettre les moyens où il faut quand il faut est un gage de qualité de votre hôtel , de satisfaction des clients et de bien être au travail de vos équipes . Merci aux équipes pour ce bon séjour
