The property is in an ideal location, in the middle of everything. The room was very clean and new. The staff was superb. Every time I texted a question or need, I got an immediate response. This is good value for the money

Parking off site, but difficult to get car to site for luggage drop off, and nowhere to turn the car around. Otherwise our host was wonderful, checking in before, during and after our stay, and flexible with our early arrival. It would be nice to have a few other kitchen amenities like dish towels, but otherwise a lovely place to stay.

Amazing hotel, recent conversion and reno from a workshop. Room 513 is the large room with small terrace and loft for the bed, full kitchen, full bathroom with rain shower. Price was very good if compared to a hotel in a big city but this was much nicer and keeps the charm of assisi. Room and facility is modern, has air conditioning, dishwasher etc. Close to bus aslt piaza matteoti Would stay here again!

It was a unique property in a very central location. Great bed and bathroom. I missed not having a separate breakfast room where we could have coffee and a pastry. Our window also backed onto a walkway and while they did a nice job making it private, it was quite noisy that weekend during the springfest. Not soundproof.
