Being on the Roaring Fork River was a plus. Brian was very easy to work with. If you are contemplating renting the condo during the summer be aware that there is no air conditioning. While we were in Aspen last week the temps were in the mid 80's. Daily housekeeping was a very nice touch. The living area was cozy and spacious enough for the 4 of us, with a big dining table. The bathrooms were nicely updated, and the steam shower in the master was lovely. The only complaint I have is that the mattresses were not super comfortable. Brian’s attentiveness to every detail and request was immediate and unsurpassed. You can tell he cares about his guests’ experiences. The property manager, "Brian" was quick to respond to our cries of no sponge and no coffee filters (it is debatable if the coffee machine could have been run without filters). In Brian's defense, the usual cleaning lady was out with the birth of her granddaughter so I expect this was a one-time deal. Overall, great experience and we would rent again. ##### DEXTER S.
