Everything about this Ski- In residence is top of the line, first class and immaculately clean. This is a designer decorate three bedroom residence located in the heart of the Aspen Downtown Core and 1 block from the Ajax Gondola. You simply can not find a better location in all of Aspen. There is also a heated pool and hot tub in the Condominium complex open year round.

Whether your ski-holiday fantasies include a central downtown location, a soak in the pool and hot tub to finish a day on the slopes or some apres-ski culture, this residence is ready to fulfill them. Set in downtown Aspen, this luxury Colorado vacation rental is close to ski lifts, shopping, dining and even the local opera house. Spacious modern-rustic living areas and 3 bedrooms make the property a wonderful alternative to a resort for a family or group of friends. At the end of a day on the hill, take off your gear and treat yourself to a glass from the fridge.

No matter what the season, there’s plenty to do in the greater Aspen area. From the private entrance townhomes location in the downtown core of Aspen, you’re close to shopping, dining, and about a quarter-mile from both the Wheeler Opera House and Aspen Mountain Ski Resort. Drive to Aspen Golf and Tennis Club, 2 miles away, or Snowmass Village, about 9 miles away, to play or explore, or to Buttermilk Ski Area or Aspen Highlands Ski Resort, both about 3 miles away, for fresh trails. Can't beat location
The location was great -- hard to beat. I think the actual space felt smaller than it looked in photos. Huge delivery of home supplies came in from amazon -- 8-9 boxes -- that we had to bring in and stack up in a corner -- no biggie but made living room seem even tighter. 2 bathrooms for 6 adults not enough. first time doing a condo vs. hotel in many years -- not sure it's for us. but overall experience and property good.

Property is in a great location up the street from the Little Nell Residences. Unit is one flight up the stairs which is a big plus compared to others in the complex. There is one pool with limited seating for the four buildings in this complex and also serves as the pool for the complex next door. These units don’t have a patio but have sliding windows in the LR that you can open up and let fresh air in.

Good Location But Improvements Needed
The property is well located. There are no views from any of the bedrooms, but this matches the pictures of the property. The view from main room is nice. Property improvements that are needed to move up from 3 stars: (1) Master bedroom mattress needs replacement badly. The mattress is very worn or low quality. My wife's back started to hurt by the second night and mine by the fourth night. Another person had mentioned this issue in an old VRBO review so I guess owner has not cared to fix it yet. (2) Carpet needs deep cleaning or replacement as it looks worn/dirty. Whole unit is carpeted other than bathrooms, kitchen, and entrance so this is noticeable. (3) Dishwasher is not properly attached to sides so it moves when door is open/closed. (4) Mater bedroom TV not properly hung. And wires and boxes hanging under TV's. Remote batteries are dead. (5) Security settings for wi-fi network need to be upgraded to the more secure settings as Apple devices provided security warnings.

Very nice property and service. Only issue was cleaners hadn't reset it from the previous guests when we arrived. Called management and they sent people out very quickly and resolved it well.

This condo worked great for our group of friends - spacious, clean, amazing location near the slopes, easy walk into the heart of town, and all the amenities you'd expect. David was also a great host and very responsive.
