« My husband and I stayed at the lovely cottage in Grassington. It was just ideal for us. We really did not use the kitchen much as there were so many nice options for breakfast and lunch in town. Everything was easy walking distance including access to lovely hiking trails just a short wander not far from the unit’s front door. Everything was very comfortable & immaculate. Would definitely return. »

« The property was as described and pictured on the website. The cottage was spotless and the host was friendly and helpful, and responsive to our requests. « A really comfortable and charming property. Very clean with a well equipped kitchen. The bed was also good (even for me with a bad back). The location is superb - in a quiet valley, an easy walk to Bolton castle and just a stroll to Aysgarth waterfalls. As a map will show, really close to Wensley and Leyburn with nice pubs. Juliet and David were very friendly hosts (as were the sheep). »

« Fantastic find. Lovely views. We were blessed with new born lambs to watch. It's quiet apart from a variety of bird song, lovely. Each pod is labelled and has a discrete fencing/ stone wall for privacy. The hut itself was clean and in great condition and a good temperature. Perfect size for a couple. There is a double sofa bed for 2 more, but that would be extremely cosy. Kitchen area is fine for self catering. « This is a gorgeous little property. We met Diane as we arrived, she was so lovely and accommodating (nice little touch was the biscuits and doggy treats. The bedrooms were warm and comfortable, the kitchen/living area was small but well equipped (no cooking on holiday!). We will certainly go back to The Bothy next time we are in the area. »
