"Amazing - no other words needed! A two night stay in one of the tree houses - had the camp to ourselves , which was perfect. Staff were fabulous and went out of their way to ensure our meals were varied both in location and food . Excellent on both counts . Wild elephant encounter on our way in, had to reroute on the way out due to ele on the road (? Same guy?) . But a great detour . Just chilled in the fish spa and ate lots. "

"This property has nothing to offer other then good/friendly service by 2 local guys who try had to please customers with what they have to work with. The rooms are somewhat clean but with very old sheets/pillows/limited towels/supplies. The bed screens are so old and dirty. There is a lot of open space, hence animals/insects come in. It is next to impossible to bring suitcases up the tree houses, however the two employees are there to help with much difficulty. The breakfast is tasty but...

"Great location central for all tourist attractions within easy walking distance, 20 mins from the airport in taxi, check in was swift staff where really good James on reception especially supported our request for additional extended checkout and upgrades for breakfast and executive lounge access. rooms are well equipped, very clean, modern mattress a little to hard for my liking but comfortable, good internet throughout the hotel, tv (not that it was used much could have offered Netflix / Prime etc. otherwise limited to several channels. Staff great housekeeping super efficient and friendly. Overall good location, good quality hotel especially for the rates."

"Location, location, location Fabulous hotel right I the middle of the city. Next door to Raffles and at one end of Orchard Road. There is a massive Mall (Raffles City) opposite where you can buy anything that you may need. It’s within five minutes of the underground system and less than a fifteen minute stroll to all the major attractions. The hotel Itself is very clean and modern with everything that you need to make your stay comfortable. The staff were amazing. Leah even recommended a curry house in the suburbs was was wonderful. He made sure to chat with us whenever he saw us and made us feel Even more welcomed. We will stay at the Carlton if we’re ever back in Singapore. Why stay anywhere else when it has everything you need. "
