Facilities were clean and tidy. I also had the chance to dine in at their Mash Cafe - it was a nice, cozy ambiance and the food and drinks were delicious. Staff both at check-in counter and cafe were very friendly. "

"The location was convenient just steps from the train station although most of the restaurants and attractions were a decent distance from the hostel. The staff were very friendly and the provided amenities were nice. I especially enjoyed the outdoor terrace. I will book here again. Best value for money on my whole trip."

"Location, location, location Fabulous hotel right I the middle of the city. Next door to Raffles and at one end of Orchard Road. There is a massive Mall (Raffles City) opposite where you can buy anything that you may need. It’s within five minutes of the underground system and less than a fifteen minute stroll to all the major attractions. The hotel Itself is very clean and modern with everything that you need to make your stay comfortable. The staff were amazing. Leah even recommended a curry house in the suburbs was was wonderful. He made sure to chat with us whenever he saw us and made us feel Even more welcomed. We will stay at the Carlton if we’re ever back in Singapore. Why stay anywhere else when it has everything you need. "
