This luxury vacation property is uniquely designed for elegance and comfort that will make you feel right at home. This newly renovated craftsman can be rented as a 3 bedroom 2 bath home or split into two connecting apartments with kitchens, dining areas and living rooms. You can stay at home and entertain or walk a block to the heart of Ashland's shopping and theatre district to dine in its finest restaurants, bars and cafes, enjoy the best of the arts or take a walk in beautiful Lithia Park. OBERON This lovely 550 sq ft apartment will make you feel cozy and right at home with a kitchenette, cork floors, stainless steel appliances, a coffee and nespresso maker, and full cooking and eating utensils. As you wake up in your soft organic bamboo cotton sheets covered in down pillows and blankets, you look out into the crystal zen flower and vegetable gardens. The bedroom also has a walk-in closet, clock/radio and a 42” smart T.V. with Amazon and Netflix. The bathroom has a rainwater shower, granite counter tops and tile floors. We offer shampoo, conditioner, body wash, local lavender oatmeal soap and local organic jojoba and Shea butter lotion. The living room (which can easily converted into a second bedroom) has a daybed, down comforter and pillows, organic bamboo sheets, a 42 inch smart t.v., bose sound system, a dining area to seat 2 and a view out into the zen gardens, the mountains and downtown Ashland. Oberon also has a deck with a seating area to watch the world go by... Oberon is meant for 2, but can sleep up to 3 people. \*we only use non-toxic cleaning products and detergents. All down bedding can be replaced with alternative bedding. \*\* Adjoining properties can become a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home that sleeps 6\. Summer rate is $425 a night with a 2 night minimum and $2,800 a week. The fall/winter/spring rate is $300 a night and 1,800 a week. There was a snafu checking in but it was quickly figured out and we ended up being housed in the upstairs apartment rather than the one downstairs that we originally booked. The upstairs was much larger and quite lovely with a full kitchen and tons of natural light. I would highly recommend any of the spaces in this building. There is some road noise but it is certainly not terrible and easily ignored. Bring an eye mask for sleeping because with all of the wonderful skylights you are sure to be woken by the sun if you are sensitive. The location just can't be beat - within easy walking distance of everything. I will absolutely stay here again. ##### Jennifer H. Wonderfully decorated, spacious, private, and once I parked my car I could walk everywhere. Helena is upstairs, a beautiful 1 bedroom with a skylight over the bed and a deck that looked out on the yard below. I was worried about traffic noise but it was didn't notice any while I was staying here. It is the nicest place I've stayed in Ashland in the 20 years I have been making the annual pilgrimage to see plays. The decorations and furniture are really tasteful. It is perfect hideaway for a couple coming to Ashland for a restful week seeing plays and enjoying fine restaurants. The only downside is the small kitchenette. It was spotlessly clean and very functional. The back yard is delightful and a great place to sip your morning coffee. It is located perfectly, just a short walk to downtown Ashland and the theater.
