Contact with host was easy and property manager coordinated return of a personal item we forgot which was so kind.This cottage makes good use of the space and the decore is fun. Pictures make it look slightly larger than it is and all bedrooms are open to other spaces but for our family that was not an issue. The yard is great and having the kayaks and paddle boards on-site is awesome!!! Our tweens and teen loved paddling out on the lake and then enjoying a campfire. I wish they would have given a later checkout due to the winter storm that came on Sunday but they said no. There was some ice I had to chop off the stairs on the deck to get in the door. But besides that it was nice. Unfortunately we had to leave Saturday afternoon because of the storm and no later checkout they would give to us, and missed a paid for night. I would think in the middle of winter it would have not been a big sea. You need to give grace to get grace.
