The hot tub looked clean, but we did not use as the power was out for several hours and into the middle of the night (not the fault of the owner who we were able to reach by phone). While there are multiple beds, future guests should be aware there is another rental property on site which shares the parking so parking spaces are limited. There were three of us arriving, separately. I parked on the street. Again, not a problem but you may wish to carpool if in a group.
