The property was the perfect size for the 2 of us, and was way better than any of the hotel options available. It was modern and very clean, had ample on-site parking, and contained everything we needed to support our weekend getaway. When we noticed the iron was missing from our room upon our arrival, I texted the host who responded immediately, and was so kind to drop one off for us the very next morning. The location was in walking distance, or a short drive to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go (and we ventured to a lot of places!)... and the highway was easily accessible for our longer journeys outside the city. Great comms from the owner. Our studio was clean, spacious, and well appointed with some extra surprises we appreciated. The bathroom was big with actual counter and storage space and great water pressure! The mattress was very comfortable too. We did drive to the shopping downtown. However, my wonderful experience was just a few walking blocks away where I met and visited with very talented and interesting artists. I will recommend this VRBO to my friends planning a trip to Asheville, NC. Nancy is an excellent host and the room is clean, large and has a pretty view.
