The suite has one king bed and a queen pull-out sofa, accommodating up to four guests. A fully equipped kitchen makes dining in easy, with an oven, range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and all necessary cookware and utensils. Fresh linens and towels are provided, along with a shower dispenser stocked with Paya shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Additional conveniences include water filtration, cable TV, high-speed WiFi, an iron, and a starter bag of locally roasted coffee. Families are welcome; a crib and high chair are available on request (please confirm availability in advance). Note: this unit is not pet-friendly, is on the second floor with stair access only, and uses a keypad for entry. Neighborhood was very busy due to the brewery across the street. It was great if you wanted a beer, not so good for parking. The lot at the building was often full, and street parking was not available most of the time. We did a lot of walking so that we didn't need to move our vehicle.While our VRBO rental was great, our experience with Asheville was not. We found people to be generally unfriendly and rude. It's convenient to our son's apartment, and it's a good value for a nice space. There is a professional manager for the unit, and she was terrific. I lost the email with check-in instructions and code, and I had a couple of other questions. Each time, I had a response within 5 minutes or so of sending an inquiry. Thanks! On Labor Day weekend, the Best Western was asking $300 a night, so this was definitely a bargain for a much nicer space. ##### Greg M.
