It is very spacious and bed was quite comfy, as was sofa. Great restaurants and wine bar within a couple blocks. Host was responsive and helpful when we had questions. For parking, there is street parking near by. However, we found it easiest to park in the public garage on Rankin. That way you don’t have to worry about moving your car during meter hours. However, if you want to do anything that’s farther than walking distance it is helpful to have a car and this place did not have parking included. We were in Asheville for the Love Shine Play Yoga festival. It was perfect being within walking distance. The beds were comfortable, towels were soft and the place is so spacious. Love the exposed walls and authenticity of the building. Just note, you are downtown, so it tends to be a little noisy in the evenings, especially if there is an event at the Civic Center. Not at all the owners fault/issue, just something to be cautious of. Dont let that keep you away, the place is awesome. We packed earplugs in anticipation! There is no parking but we parked at Harrahs. Very affordable, safe and well lit. Will rent again! Thank you! ##### Kimberly C. Parking is not available at the unit and that was somewhat inconvenient. On street parking is a two hour limit; parking garages are a few blocks away. The unit is in need of deep cleaning although the “light” cleaning (bathrooms, etc) was good. The kitchen is not very well equipped.
