Le personnel de l'office qui nous a accueilli n'était pas souriant et on aurait dit qu'il voulait se débarrasser de nous au plus vite. La chambre était passable et il y avait une odeur un peu désagréable. L'air climatisée est tellement près du lit que l'on reçoit toute l'air sur nous.

Nice clean rooms and lobby. We were travelling together as 2 young females and felt perfectly safe. Great location that let us explore a variety of places. Pretty decent value with breakfast offered.

The staff was polite. Check-in was easy. It was what I expected. Free breakfast is nice. Not the largest variety but it does the job. I did really enjoy the lemon water in the lobby!

Not enough towels in room, non-smoking room smelled of smoke to the point of having to ask for a can of room freshener spray. Only enough toilet paper in room for one use per person. Will not ever stay here again unless it is only choice left.

Just to start. Expedia says this property has a rating of 8.4 This is not an excellent property. We had a filthy pee smelling room. The tile grout in the bathroom was yellow and smelled of urine. The carpet smelled like dog. Our room was on the corner next to a smokers pole. There are a lot of smokers poles at this property. Every time the heat came on, it smelled of old smoke. We left early. Checked out before 9am a full day early. Receipt for refund, and a waiver from the hotel so we wouldn’t be charged by Expedia for the day we didn’t stay. They gave us these copies and told us there would be no problem. Now Expedia can’t reach anyone to verify this. They don’t answer when we call either. Quality Inn should be ashamed. Choice Hotels should be ashamed. I would hate to take this to my CC Company, but that’s the obvious next step.

The lady's at the front are great and kept a friendly helpful meaner when another person was complaining about people smoking outside.(smoking isn't aloud in the rooms) room is clean and rub was clean. The rooms are small and parking spots are really small

For the most part it was quiet and clean. Our room ac unit was very loud and rattled when it was on. The comforter on the bed was starting to fall apart on the edges. The shower head in the bathroom kind of just dribbled when it was on. The staff was very nice though. Felt like we were safe. I just consider these are minor things that needed to be addressed.

It was close to the venue that we were going to.so were several other hotels. The hotel is old.popcorn ceilings, old drapes and carpeting. Uncomfortable bed,bathroom door doesn't lock.front desk closes at night. Room was average for cleanliness. No one cleans room each day or asks if anything is needed. We made do with the towels we had and the thin blanket on the bed.continental breakfast area was not well kept. Spills all over and never seen anyone restocking anything. Food is I'd say averagePros: parked right outside the room! And has an updated TV which was the best feature. I wouldn't stay here again.

My 3 night stay was so very pleasant because I felt safe and the staff was so very friendly . My room was located right next to the lobby, which I appreciated because of traveling alone . The scrambled eggs and sausage gravy provided a delicious and protein-packed start of the day . The hotel is 3 minutes from the big highway , making getting anywhere so easy and convenient .

I did not get my refund for the early check out like I was promised, the staff was rude, the conditions were poor, and there was dog poop all around the property. Only good thing was the wood. But would not return .
