Ideal for families or friends seeking a memorable vacation. Dogs are welcome. We charge $20 per dog per night. The Space: Welcome to the Kingdom on Knollwood, your dream vacation retreat with over 2,400 sq feet of inviting, fully-equipped living space, accommodating up to 14 guests in sublime comfort. Get ready to experience the unique blend of luxury and relaxation at this stunning Asheville sanctuary. Main floor: Unwind in the spacious living room, featuring a vaulted ceiling, ample seating, an indoor fireplace, and a large TV for cozy movie nights. The open-plan dining area connects to a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a Keurig coffee maker, allowing you to create and savor delicious meals together. The main floor also hosts two beautiful bedrooms: the master suite with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and oversized custom shower, and a second bedroom with a king-size bed, queen-size sleeper sofa, gas log fireplace, and access to the covered side porch. Upstairs: The second floor offers three welcoming bedrooms - one with a king-size bed, another with a queen-size bed, and a third with two twin-size trundle beds. A vehicle is essential, but Uber, Lyft, or local drivers are also available. We were surprised to learn there was a hot tub and newly finished our back porch. The master bathroom shower was massive. Kitchen, dining, and living room all work really well for a larger party, we had 12\. Upstairs bathroom can get crowded as up to 4 rooms are sharing just the one. Also driveway is steep! It measured at 17 degrees at the steepest on 2 of our cars. May be difficult in bad weather for some cars. Waking up it is a haul if your not use to the mountains either. With 5 and a half bedrooms and a couple of sleeper sofas and three full baths, this comfortably accommodated my party of eleven. The kitchen was generous in size and equipped with the basics. We enjoyed the deck at night and the star gazing was amazing. The driveway is a little steep, but there is room for four cars to park at the top. We appreciated access to a washer and dryer in the basement. The property is in a very quite location. Yet we had easy access to downtown Asheville and the abundance of great restaurants just ten minutes away. ##### Sharon R.
