We didn't have to use the car when visiting downtown Asheville's many fine restaurants and shops. We're both in our 70's and it was a fairly easy uphill walk going into town. We had one issue concerning the condo, but management responded and remedied the situation. It's in a great location on the fringes of Downtown, but very walkable to shopping and restaurants. We did not have a view of the mountains, but our balcony was huge and a great place to sit. We had some trouble with the locks and entry and the keyless lock on our door was dead when we arrived. The online help was able to get us in using a lock box that was there also. It’s short walk to the all of the shops, restaurants and breweries and easy to get to the interstate if you want to drive to a hike. The condo is spacious with plenty of rom and a great kitchen. There is construction right next door for a new hotel, but it didn’t really bother us. The wifi is weak and disconnected frequently. I restarted it with only a slight improvement. This is a wonderful property within walking distance to many attractions, breweries, and restaurants! The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The only downside was the code to the garage/stairwell hadn’t been updated so we had to call to receive the new code. However it was super easy to reach out to get the new codes.
