Immerse yourself in a quiet, natural neighborhood while still being close to all the amenities and attractions that the area has to offer. It\`s an ideal launching point for all types of recreation. IMPORTANT To ensure peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options for damage protection: 1) a small, non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver (our most convenient and guest-preferred option) 2) a fully refundable Security Deposit that is returned after your stay if no damage is reported. After your booking is confirmed, you’ll be prompted to complete this step. We ask that you treat the property with respect. This is a private residence. We really appreciated the quiet neighborhood and being able to relax in the hot tub under the stars. The house itself was clean and stocked with thoughtful touches to make our stay very comfortable. This rental was wonderful - very clean, updated appliances and finishes, hot tub and super easy to get to. It’s about 15 minutes from a lot of Ashevilles attractions including Grove Park, breweries and downtown. Would highly recommend! ##### Jenna B. The only reasons I didn't give it a perfect 5 star rating were the fact that the listing says there are 2 kings, 1 queen and a twin, when in fact there is no twin, only a crib and that the bedrooms needed bedside lamps. We drove to Asheville from Wisconsin so we wanted a house. Definitely was happy with the entire stay!! Everything was clean, Eric was very accessible to ask questions to & the hot tub was just an added bonus!! A lot of space for everyone to have their own privacy if needed. The porch was where we spenta lot of time.
