About a half a block of up hill walking to to be right in the middle of everything. Great coffee shop down the hill. Close to really delicious restaurants. The 2 porches were nice for us to rise early and have a place to sit and not wake up the rest of the house. Plenty of cooking supplies, seating, and space to entertain/relax after a day out on the town. \*\*One Note: this place is in the heart of the south slope and it can get very noisy on the weekends with bars, concerts, and heavy foot traffic.
