It is a spacious studio with an extremely comfortable king size bed. The shower is amazing and parking was safe and convenient. The neighborhood was lovely, safe and quiet. The only issue we had upon our arrival was a problem with gaining access to the unit via the keyless entry door lock. Luckily, the owner's arrived right on time to help us get in. They were very friendly and helpful as the issue was resolved. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again. ##### Alden G. This studio apartment was perfect for my husband and I. It was large, bright, dark with the lights out (perfect for sleeping!!), calm, and comfortable. The bed was comfy, the shower was wonderful, the apartment was quiet, and the host made check-in easy. He also checked in with us mid-stay to see if we needed anything. If you need access to a kitchen, this is not the place for you. There is no kitchen sink, as stated in the description. We did not want to make meals (we could only be there for two nights) other than breakfast - coffee, tea, and instant oatmeal – so this worked out great for us. The kitchen area was well stocked and they didn’t want us to do any dishes (bonus! :-) ). We were in town for a celebration of life for a relative so having a quiet, relaxing place to decompress was important. We would definitely stay here again if we get an opportunity to come back to Asheville. ##### Beth J. Dark at night and bright during the day, the studio space provides restful sleep in a large, comfortable bed and a big, well appointed living and dining area. It's everything we needed!
