This 2nd floor two-bedroom features 2 king bedrooms, each with private baths. Additional sleep space available with a king sofa bed. The Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway are also just a short drive away. ​​​​​​​\* Please note: This unit has one nearby parking space included.\* NO PETS ALLOWED. NO SMOKING. QUIET HOURS are from 10:00 pm-8:00 am. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Stacked condominium living is an experience that comes with neighbors immediately above and below. Please be considerate of the building neighbors during your stay. All building doors are to remain closed and locked at all times. Please be sure that they are locked after use. Please also ensure the garage door is closed if exiting from the garage. Security cameras are located in the front vestibule, lobby and garage. There is an extra security camera set on the alley, as well as an exterior motion detector light above the garage door area. The privacy and room darkening shades are operational by remote control. You can adjust coverage per personal preference. Please do not force the shades down manually. The remote will be left in view in the living room. The parking key pass is located on the dresser immediately when walking into the unit.
