The homeless lingering around was not great. Seems like they're only open across the street on weekdays, so it may be much better on the weekends. The location to downtown is very convenient and most of our outings to that area were within walking distance or a short Uber. The apartment itself was very clean and had everything needed. Walls were a little thin, but we rarely noticed that as an issue. They have sound machines that will block out any neighboring sounds. Customer service was also very responsive if we had any issues. The house was very clean and convenient to access anything you might want to do in downtown Asheville. Very easy to follow check in and out procedures.
