Ideal location in West Asheville. 1.5 blocks from restaurants, bars, park, coffee shops, food market, etc. 5-8 min drive to downtown! Covered front porch, sunny back deck, fenced in yard, gas stove, kid friendly. \*No parties please Our home is at the heart of West Asheville, which has all the charm and quirkiness of downtown but on a smaller, more walkable scale. There are coffee shops, local restaurants, bars, bakeries, a farmers market, grocery store, holistic health shop and a park all within a 2 minute walk. So whether you want to stay at home with your loved ones or go out and enjoy the nightlife, there is something for everyone! \*\*\*(House is split level with a basement apartment below- separate entrance- well soundproofed- completely private.) Dec 9, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Lovely cottage in great location Spacious bedrooms and updated kitchen were perfect for me and my friend to meet and explore Asheville. Easy street parking in a neighborhood close to nice restaurants and easy access to roads leading downtown and to historic Biltmore.
