One Free Designated Off Street Parking Space When it comes to parking, 80 LEX could just as easily be name Easy Street: parking here is simple! And that’s exactly how it should be, when you’re on vacation. You don’t need a car to enjoy downtown Asheville (our walk score: 93!), but if you bring one, here are your options: One free off street designated parking space is reserved for this apartment, located a half a block away in a private parking lot. Additional parking options: Parking Decks: Both the City of Asheville and Buncombe County operate safe, reliable and inexpensive parking decks. The first hour is free and the full-day rate is just $20, so feel free to leave an extra vehicle overnight in the public parking decks. There are several parking decks within walking distance of 80 LEX on Rankin Ave; we’ll send all the details with your booking confirmation.
