It is conveniently located within the resort, just 100 meters from the center, and offers a southeast-facing position. Amenities include an in-village location, Internet WiFi, and an installment plan option for booking. The property is a short walk from various attractions and amenities, making it an ideal holiday rental for exploring the area.  
  
Outdoors:  
The property boasts a prime location in Ascona, allowing easy access to nearby outdoor attractions. Lake Lago Maggiore is just 600 meters away, and a sports harbor, marina, and an 18-hole golf course are within a short distance. For water enthusiasts, a sailing school is situated 2.4 km from the residence. Hiking trails, including the renowned Cardada, Monte Verità, Valle Maggia, Centovalli, and Valle Verzasca, are easily accessible from the house. Guests can also enjoy walking paths starting just 250 meters from the property, as well as a cycle lane and a children's playground within 500 meters.

It includes an open studio with 2 beds, each measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm long, as well as a flat-screen television. The apartment also provides direct access to a terrace.

The apartment is equipped with an open kitchen area that includes 2 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave oven. Complimentary capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine are provided as an extra. The bathroom features a shower and a toilet. The floors are made of natural stone, adding to the apartment's warm and inviting ambiance. Outside, you can enjoy a small terrace measuring 6 square meters, which offers both south and east-facing positions. Terrace furniture is provided for your comfort, and you can take in scenic views of the surrounding mountains and resort area.
