Bahnhof" 550 m, railway station "Aschau i.Z. Bahnhof" 550 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochzillertalarena 4 km, Kaltenbach 5 km, Mayrhofen 11 km.  
"Rocking home", 10-room chalet 350 m2 on 5 levels. Luxurious and tasteful furnishings: entrance hall. 2 double bedrooms. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double sofabed, 1 double bed and shower/WC. Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: shower, sep. WC, Sauna. Upper floor: entrance hall. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double sofabed, 1 double bed and shower/WC. 2 double bedrooms. Shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV (flat screen). Living/sleeping room. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Underfloor heating. Parquet floors. Balcony, large terrace 42 m2\. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Very beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. The luxurious chalet has its own wellness area with hydro massage bath and relaxation room.
