For shared use: property, trees, meadow. Barbecue. In the house: table tennis, table football, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 700 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Aschau i.Z. Bahnhof" 850 m, railway station "Aschau i.Z. Bahnhof" 850 m, outdoor swimming pool 1.9 km, indoor swimming pool 1.9 km, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 1.9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 50 m, ski lift 3.6 km, gondola lift 3.6 km, slopes 800 m, ski bus stop 350 m, ski school 700 m, cross country ski track 400 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochzillertal Hochfügen 3.6 km, Zillertal Arena 4.5 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
