It was nice and quiet with nice breakfast and friendly staff. A 5 minute walk from the train station and a great place to use as a base. Lots of eating options nearby. We were happy we stayed here.

Great place to stay in Asahikawa!

Very good location, Great public bath, Nice room but it was a little bit tight. Good amenities like the vending machine room, relaxation room, and convince store. Even though it was near lots of public transportation the room was very quiet.

A big Aeon mall nearby. The room was nice, but parking is the lifting system which you had to make sure to take everything you need out as it's not quite convenient to ask them to bring your car down for you just to get stuffs.

Right next to JR station . But we drove from Sapporo parking was seem less with a fee. It was ok tho. Right next to Aeon mall. My wife went crazy shopping. High quality stuff for fair price. The staff from check in to check out were excellent. Breakfast buffet was phenomenal. Service at the buffet top notch. Love everything about this Hotel. Will definitely come to stay here. Very friendly and courteous staff. Easy check in and even easier check out. Easy to find lobby and room. Great location across the street from the train station and had a convenience store on floor level. Very clean room with everything you could need during your stay.

Standard business hotel. Convenient location and friendly staff Onsen on 17th floor was cool But the place had an irritating habit of playing music in the corridors, even during the night. I kept asking them to turn it off, and they said they would, only for it to play at 6am every morning !

Nice stay

Check in is quite smooth. Very friendly staff! Parking experience is great too. First time parked in a mechanical parking facility but staff were so helpful. No issue at all. Room was clean. Breakfast was good too.

Usual business hotel

The room provides enough desk and chair but this also makes the room feels not spacious. The on site paid parking is difficult to understand how to use when you arrive for the first time and in late evening when there is no parking staff at the entrance. More signs in English would be helpful.
