It is the ideal pied-à-terre for nature, sea and tranquillity lovers. Imagine starting your days on the house's balcony with sunrays caressing your face, while sipping your coffee and savouring your fresh croissant. Then, you can head towards the Fogéo or Port Navalo beaches for a day of relaxation and swimming in the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Morbihan, or perhaps you would prefer to stay in this magnificent house, to enjoy the tranquillity of the place and its view of the Gulf. The house can accommodate up to 8 people, it is spacious and has five comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms. Three of them have double beds and will offer you a magnificent view of the outside. Two rooms are located upstairs, one with a king-size bed and the other with 2 single beds, cosy cocoons in light colours, where you can rest in complete peace. The house invites moments of conviviality and serenity, you can gather around a cup of tea in the living room, a bright and warm space, where large bay windows offer you an unobstructed view of the garden. In the evening, you can gather with family or friends in the large dining room for a friendly dinner, previously prepared in the well-equipped kitchen (mixed hob: gas and electricity, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle). Sep 2, 2023 Liked: Location, listing accuracy Disliked: Cleanliness #### Bel emplacement mais avec beaucoup de potentiel La maison est très sympa, surtout l’emplacement est le jardin sont super. Malheureusement, notre séjour a tout de même été seulement moyen. Le gîte est géré par une agence. Une fois arrivée, on a dû apprendre qu’il n’y avait pas de linge, ni de serviette etc. De plus, nous devrions faire le ménage. Apparemment, nous aurions dû les commander en avance. Donc j’ai demandé à l’agence la lingerie et aussi un ménage. Malheureusement aucune aide possible. Elle nous a proposé d’aller dans un supermarché et d’ acheter la lingerie. Donc nous voilà avec quatre enfants dont un bébé à 16h sans linge. On a donc passé les prochaines heures à acheter dans le prochain Intermarché la lingerie, puis la laver, puis la sécher, afin que les enfants puisse aller au lit à l’heure. Tout cela nous a coûté donc une demi-journée et plus de 350 €. Comme nous vivions en Allemagne, et que nous avons pas de besoin d’une lingerie supplémentaires, nous avons proposé aux propriétaires ainsi que à l’agence nous acheter la lingerie (100% cotton, route blanche). Ni le propriétaire, ni l’agence on voulu accepter. Même chose pour le ménage, nous avons dû le faire nous-mêmes. encore une demi-journée perdu. Au départ, le propriétaire s’est présenté ce qui était sympa. Mais il n’a pas voulu aider parce qu’il voit la responsabilité avec l’agence.. (merci pour rien) En conclusion, une semaine très cher, remplie de travail, et nous voilà avec de la lingerie.. Beaucoup de potentiel, mais là on ne recommande pas ##### Loic M.
