This stunning property boasts a spacious 3,000 m2 fenced area with a terraced garden, a wildlife garden, and mature trees. The highlight is the kidney-shaped swimming pool (18 x 5 m, depth 80 - 200 cm), available for use from April 15 to October 15. With an outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue area, you can truly embrace the outdoor lifestyle. Furthermore, the property provides ample parking spaces for up to two cars and easy access, making it an ideal choice for a relaxing getaway.

Immerse yourself in the natural beauty surrounding House "Roccia di Volpe". The property boasts a sprawling 3,000 m2 fenced area, complete with a terraced garden adorned with a wildlife garden and lush trees. Escape the hustle and bustle of daily life by taking a refreshing dip in the kidney-shaped swimming pool, measuring 18 x 5 m with a depth ranging from 80 to 200 cm. The pool is available for seasonal use from April 15 to October 15. Unwind on the terrace, equipped with comfortable garden furniture, or fire up the barbecue and savor alfresco dining. An outdoor shower adds an extra touch of convenience. Please note that the stairway to the pool has open railings in some areas and no railings in others, so small children should be accompanied by adults.

It leads to a terrace, providing an outdoor extension of the living area. The villa includes a dressing room with a double bed and an en-suite shower/WC, along with direct access to the terrace. Additionally, there is a walk-through room with two beds, also leading to the terrace. Another room boasts a double bed and an en-suite shower/WC. An open gallery with sloping ceilings adds character to the villa.  
  
Amenities Included  
The fully-equipped kitchen comes with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The villa offers air-conditioning and forced-air heating (additional cost). Three terraces provide ample outdoor space, complete with terrace furniture, deck chairs, and a box-room. You can enjoy panoramic views of the sea from these terraces. Other amenities include a washing machine, safe, iron, and a baby cot. The villa also offers free Wi-Fi internet access.

This vacation villa is strictly non-smoking, and a maximum of one pet/dog is allowed. The property is designed to accommodate up to six guests, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
