Villa Camelia is a fabulous large property located right on top of Pevero hill, just next to Porto Cervo centre.
It has been recently renovated to very high standards and every detail is simply impeccable. The villa is extremely well maintained and everything works as expected.
Perfect for a dream holiday in the heart of Costa Smeralda, the villa features a total of 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, so it can easily accommodate up to 12 people. Rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: 2 double bedrooms with en-suite, 1 bedroom with two single beds and en-suite, living area, dining area, beautiful furnished outdoor area surrounding the swimming pool. Kitchen with top quality appliances, terraces, verandas, and back outdoor areas.
Top floor: Master bedroom with en-suite and private terrace.
Lower floor: 1 double bedroom with en-suite, 1 bedroom with two single beds and en-suite, second kitchen for staff, additional bathroom.
Air Conditioning is available in each room.
Beautiful outdoor areas and a large garden with colourful flowers surrounding the property will make your stay unforgettable. Sea views on Cala di Volpe bay, Pevero Golf Club, and towards Porto Cervo Marina.
