Guests' opinions are very important to improve the quality and efficiency of our services. We are very pleased that you appreciated our elegant facility and rigorous cleanliness. We are surprised, however, at your grievance regarding the staff. Our staff (dining room, reception, etc.) is perfectly organized and made up of young and experienced staff who are distinguished by their strong Guest orientation, courtesy, professionalism, reliability, and commitment to their work on a daily basis. Upon arrival, the Staff provides useful information about the location of the room; in addition, various signs with detailed directions are posted in the hotel. In case the Customer reports unclear information or any other issues, we provide prompt assistance.Finally, even with regard to information about the area, our staff is always available to provide useful advice. Hôtel très propre , chambres spacieuses et agréables, vue mer sympa, petit déjeuner très qualitatif. Point d amélioration: personnel pas toujours très agréable, environnement de l Hôtel qui s ouvre sur un parking, et quand même pas tout près de la mer ( compter au Moins 800m)

Excellent séjour!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Sandalia Boutique Hôtel. L'accueil était chaleureux et la chambre design et propre et le staff très attentif aux clients, comme Marco qui fut de très bons conseils pour déguster des vins Sardes au bar de l'hôtel. A faire!

L’hôtel est situé sur les hauteurs de Cannigione ce qui permet d’avoir une vue dégagée sur la mer et les montagnes. L’hôtel est décoré avec soin et élégance. Le personnel est très souriant, accueillant disponible. Ils sont au petit soin. Le petit déjeuner est superbe. Tout est fait maison et beaucoup de mets sont proposés et fait à la minute. Tout est de qualité. Très bonne literie et insonorisation. L’hôtel est t’es calme et reposant comme le cadre général! On reviendra avec grand plaisir!

4 night stay
Beautiful hotel, rooms are stunning. We stayed here for 4 nights, really nice selection at breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful, and gave us some good recommendations on things to do. Plenty of parking around the hotel which was very convenient. The swimming pool was a bit closer to a road than I realised - sun beds are in full view of anybody walking / driving past, but other than that it was a lovely place to stay. There is a beach within about a 15 minute walk, but there are much nicer beaches only a short drive away. I would definitely recommend renting a car!

wir waren für ein par Tage über Ostern da. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, das Personal war super aufmerksam, besonders Rezeption und Frühstück war ausgezeichnet! Die Sauberkeit sehr gut, es haben immer alle gegrüßt und hatten ein lächeln. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen, die Gegend ist super, im Dorf gibt es jede Mende Möglichkeiten zu shoppen, essen, einen tollen Hafen und auch Strände.

We have just returned from the Hotel and the team really looked after us. The Hotel is small, ideal base for exploring the North East coast. Breakfast was great each day, lots of choice, eggs, pastries and fruit. Highly recommended.

Das Hotel ist einmalig, super schöne Zimmer, und sehr moderne tolle Hotelanlage. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Im Oktober waren wir im Hotel und wir hatten echt ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Zu dieser Zeit war das Hotel schon sehr leer und wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt! Wir wissen natürlich nicht, wie es in der Hauptsaison aussieht. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und die Einrichtung und das gute Frühstück haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Staff is very friendly, but don't expect level of comfort to be great as there was no hot water on first night if arrival. We were given wheelchair accessible handicap room although we didnt request it, so had to change rooms which is a hassle after long hours of traveling...also, lights and AC shut off every time door is opened regardless of room key remaining in slot or not; sheets are changed every 2-3 nights no matter how soiled they appear; there is no extra tissues or paper towels avaialable for light cleaning/wiping which is needed since housekeeping may only do light keeping up during your stay; and only 1 roll of toilet tissue given may be insufficient. When we asked sbout it being hot in our room, we were explained that the air conditioning has main control elsewhere. No matter how cold you want it, it remains at what felt like 75°. In addition, the pool is lovely, but it closes at 7pm which is way too early for people returning from excursions and/or beach, so we had no opportunity to enjoy it. In my opinion, this hotel is way too concerned with cutting corners and doing "the least" in regards to their expenses in order to maximize profit gain from bookings. Afterall, they are cery small boutique hotel & do not have a store or restaurant for dinner on site, so I guess they have to maximize their profit from room rentals the most they can. Will I return to Sardinia? Yes. Will I stay again here? No.
