The complex is surrounded by greenery, with panoramic areas overlooking the wonderful archipelago of La Maddalena, Corsica and the verdant hills. The apartments overlook the gardens, the surrounding hills or the splendid swimming pool. Baja Sardinia is only 4 km away, so the use of the car is recommended, and is known for its white sand beach and crystalline sea. The Residence is located about 1.3 km from Cala dei Ginepri and 10 km from Porto Cervo, famous for its night clubs and exclusive discos. The apartments arranged on different levels, follow the conformity of the land. The apartments are spacious and elegantly furnished with fine finishes, equipped with crockery and cutlery. The three-room apartments have a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with either 2 single beds or a bunk bed and bathroom. There is public parking. MANDATORY CHARGES TO BE PAID ON SPOT AT CHECK-IN: 1) FINAL CLEANING: Kitchenette and disposal of waste by the customer or supplement of € 50.00. 2) TOURIST TAX: to be paid on site, mandatory for the municipality of Baja Sardinia. The amount may vary depending on the period. 3) DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the apartment. In case of departures outside reception office hours, the security deposit can be returned by bank transfer (costs charged to the customer). Pool sauber, nette Leute und Staff. WLAN funktioniert nur am Pool. Putzen muss man nur die Küchenzeile. Zum Supermarkt oder Strand etc muss man fahren, ist dafür aber schön ruhig. Séjour de 6 nuits en juillet 2023 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Bernd S. 27 juin 2023 #### Besser bei einem anderen Anbieter buchen Generell ist die Anlage mit über 30 Ferienwohnungen von verschiedenen Anbietern sehr schön. Vielleicht sollte man sie aber besser nicht über Fewo-direkt buchen. Vor Ort mussten wir noch einmal über 200 € zusätzlich für alles Mögliche zahlen - bei der Buchung wurde aber nicht darauf hingewiesen. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene + 2 Kindern. Danach wird's ungemütlich. Eingerichtet ist sie ziemlich geschmacklos und äußerst minimalistisch - alles vom Billigsten. Das W-LAN ist eine Katastrophe. Und wenn man am Schluss nicht den Müll entsorgt und die Küchenzeile sauber macht, zahlt man noch einmal ordentlich drauf - obwohl bereits 85 € für die Endreinigung berechnet wurden. Das alles ist nicht bei jedem Anbieter so. ##### Bernd S.
