Outside the property has a large terrace with large sofas, dining area and sun lounger area. Plenty of parking in front of the entrance of the house. The bathrooms were renovated 2 years ago. In a quiet and reserved area but just minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast and services.. City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 7 nights
