### Charming Renovated Cottage with Modern Amenities & Garden in Haute-Loire

In the heart of the Haute-Loire, in a quiet place in the countryside but at the gates of the city of Puy-en-Velay and the Meygal-Mézenc massifs, is the village of Arsac-en-Velay.  
It is in a peaceful hamlet of this village that the owner and his daughter have put a lot of heart into renovating an old building to make it an ideal vacation spot!  
Between stones, wood, metals, modern or old materials, everything is precisely measured to create an atmosphere conducive to rest and relaxation!  
  
The living rooms are large and bright, the equipment and services are complete, all this in a green environment!  
  
Nearby: many marked hiking trails, visit the castle of Bouzol  
A little further: Le Puy-en-Velay and its many monuments classified as UNESCO world heritage sites, the Mezenc nature resort and near the Meygal massif.  
  
Included services: heating, sheets, bath linen,  
  
Additional services: cleaning The entrance is through a large living room composed of a kitchen/living room area (washing machine and dishwasher) and a lounge organized around a wood stove, still on the ground floor an office space or games room and a large bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a walk-in shower, separate WC!  
Upstairs a mezzanine with a very good quality convertible sofa, television and library area,  
A large bedroom with a 160 bed.  
Outside an enclosed courtyard, with flowers and trees.
