There is plenty of room to cater to and to entertain all members of the group/family. \- The Space Within walking distance to the beautiful historic village that is Arrowtown, but a world away from the hustle and bustle of central Queenstown, this wonderful holiday home is perfect for your next relaxing staycation. This sun-soaked, well maintained home features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-appointed kitchen, and spacious open-plan living areas as well as a separate laundry for added convenience. There's plenty of room to cater to and to entertain all members of the group/family. While a heat pump and heat transfer system create a content and cozy atmosphere during the winter months. This property is 2 stories; however it is only the garage on the bottom floor. The second story of the property is accessible via a path/ramp to the right hand side, this is wheelchair accessible. All bedrooms, bathrooms as well as the living, dining, kitchen and laundry areas are on the second story. Bedrooms: Room 1: 1x King Bed Room 2: 1x Queen Bed and 1x Single Bed Room 3: 2x King Single Beds Room 4: 1x Single Bed Outdoor area and Location: The mature, manicured gardens perfectly complement this home and create an idyllic alfresco entertaining space to unwind after a day full of activities. \- Interaction We will be available to answer any questions you may have prior or during your stay. The Tahuna Team will also be on call for any urgent needs after 5 pm. \- Neighborhood Start your morning with a tranquil walk to get coffee at one of the nearby cafes, or head out for a hit at either Arrowtown, The Hills or Millbrook golf courses which are each within a 10 minutes' drive of the property. The local four square as well as multiple restaurants and bars are also just a stone's throw away. Arrowtown is charming and quirky, a delightful gold rush village nestled beside the sparkling Arrow River and below magnificent peaks. Just 20 minutes from Queenstown Airport, it's the perfect place to stay while you're exploring the region. Arrowtown is a thriving community that is packed with character - as well as some of the best dining and shopping in the country. You'll be enchanted by the heritage main street and the beautiful walking and biking trails. It's a New Zealand treasure! \- Getting Around There is off-street and on-street parking available at this property. There are also bus stops within walking distance. There are also ample parking spaces on-street and off, however the garage will not be available for guest use. \- Getting Around The T&C's for staying at a Tahuna Hideaway will be sent to you before arrival. This property is located within a residential area. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a low level at all times, especially between 8pm - 8am. As agreed by Queenstown Council, the following rules apply: No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm - 8am. All outdoor living areas must be vacated between the hours of 10pm - 7am. So while lots of space for group of people, not actually set up for this in winter.
