« Arrivés dans la chambre, nous avons été surpris de voir un seul lit double, alors que j’avais réservé pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant (de 11 ans). Nous sommes retournés à la réception qui nous a dit que c’est bien un seul lit double qui avait été réservé.
