« The cottage has everything that you would need for a couple of days or a week. Very well set out, high quality fittings, furnishings and generous kitchen items. Fully screened with a lovely alfresco BBQ area between the two living areas of the building makes this stay ideal for groups. Communication with Roy, the host was quick and efficient. « The WOTIF booking confirmation stated "The front desk is open daily from 10:00 AM - 10 PM" so I was shocked to be berated for being late on my arrival. While I had stated I would be there at 3pm, there were a number of delays during my trip. I did not appreciate the way I was spoken to on arrival (maybe organise self check-in like every other self-managed property in the world). As well I was probably able to find the bathroom and see there was a bath. A compendium would be more appropriate to...
