La urbanización además tiene piscina comunitaria de adultos e infantil (abierta en temporada estival 15/6 al 15/9 ) ,2 pistas de tenis, pista de patinaje para niños y muchísima zona verde y jardines. La zona es ideal para amantes del mar, la naturaleza, la tranquilidad y el relax. Apartamento duplex a 80 metros de la Playa en la Urbanización El Encinar en primera línea de playa (Playa La Arena) , en un entorno natural maravilloso y con preciosas vistas al mar . La urbanización además tiene piscina comunitaria de adultos e infantil (abierta en temporada estival 15/6 al 15/9 ) ,2 pistas de tenis, pista de patinaje para niños y muchísima zona verde y jardines. La zona es ideal para amantes del mar, la naturaleza, la tranquilidad y el relax. De este punto parten rutas a pié, por la costa y por la desembocadura de la ria de Castellanos. A tan sólo 80 metros se encuentra el Hotel Campomar, donde se come fenomenal y dispone de una zona chillout con muchos juegos para los niños abierto al público. Es una primera planta pero para acceder al edificio hay que subir también escaleras, con lo que en la práctica es un segundo piso (no dispone de ascensor) Cuenta con 2 dormitorios con balcón y baño completo en su planta superior y aseo, salón cocina y terraza en su planta inferior . Además dispone de plaza de garaje incluida en el precio.
