Spacious corner condo, wrap around deck. 6 BB waterpark passes Prepare to be impressed as you step into this luxury lakefront corner condo unit boasting almost 2000 square feet of room. The panoramic views of the lake can be seen from the kitchen, living room, master bedroom, and expansive wrap-around deck. The master suite features a king bed and has a desk overlooking the lake if you need to sneak in some work while you are away. The master bedroom has walk-out access to the deck. You will enjoy a whirlpool tub and a separate shower. As you step out, your feet will be treated to heated tile floors. The dual vanity features quartz countertops and vanity mirror. The master suite also includes a spacious walk-in closet with plenty of shelving and hangers and is also equipped with an iron and ironing board. The living room features a leather sectional, two chairs, and an ottoman. It is furnished with an electric fireplace and 65-inch Samsung Smart TV with Sonos sound bar. A second workstation with desk, monitor, webcam, and docking station is also available in the living area. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo. The kitchen features quartz counter-tops and high-end appliances including a double oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. It is stocked with everything you will need including a blender, toaster, griddle, KitchenAid mixer, pizza stone, and Keurig coffee and cappuccino maker. The concrete dinner table can seat up to 8 and there also is kitchen island seating for 5\. Restoration Hardware light fixtures complete the luxurious look. On the deck you will enjoy one of the best views in Okoboji from comfortable deck seating around a gas fire table. As you are watching boats cruise by or an amazing sunset, dinner can be cooking on the Weber gas grill. The second and third bedrooms are adjacent to a second full bath with shower/tub combination. One room features a queen bed that sleeps two, and the other room has full size bunk beds with an additional trundle to comfortably sleep six. The condo also has an in-unit washing machine and dryer for your convenience. This area also includes a full-size Murphy bed to sleep two additional people. Your stay includes a parking spot in the temperature-controlled garage, accessible by elevator to the condo. Our condo comes with six passes to Bridges Bay waterpark, just a short walk away. Between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day both the indoor and outdoor waterpark are open daily, as well as a private condo pool next to the condo building. The indoor waterpark is open weekends and holidays between Labor Day and Memorial Day weekend. The waterpark is great for kids or adults of all ages, with waterslides for the older kids and a zero entry splash pool for the little ones! There is a lazy river and also a hot tub to enjoy! This condo is the Coronado building which is the closest private condo to the hotel, waterpark, and restaurants such as Bracco and Waterfront which are within walking distance. There is also a private condo pool located next to the building, that is open between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day. There is a fire pit outside the building that is perfect for 'smores that overlooks the lake. You can also walk (or ride) down the stairs to fish off the boat dock.
