Beautiful, unobstructed views of East Lake Okoboji - INCLUDES 6 daily passes to the waterpark (when open - $168 daily value). 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms with 1900+ square feet. The Coronado building is the closest in proximity to the waterparks, restaurants, bars, zipline and playground. This is a family friendly resort that has an indoor AND outdoor waterpark, basketball courts, arcade, zip lines and restaurants. Only a short drive from Arnold's Park amusement park, museums, live entertainment, and of course, boating and lake activities. You will never want to leave our home away from home! \*Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, cooking utensils, coffee maker and dinning wares) \*Linens and towels will be provided to guests for in-unit use. \*Pool towels are available at Boji Splash Waterpark / pool. \*Beach towels are not provided. \*Toiletries will be included \*WiFi connection available. \*Clean and well maintained. \*No pets allowed. \*Smoking not allowed inside or on patio/deck/balcony. \*Use of boat hoist will be considered for an extra charge of $110/night based on experience and availability - message owners to request. Cleanliness was sub-par. Sticky kitchen floors, major spider webs in Kitchen/dining room. Also very bad on entire porch and porch furniture. Dirty showers in Master Bedroom and 2nd bathroom and shower curtains were covered in mold! YUCK!! Dirty utensils covered with old food. Both fry pans must have been put away dirty. Had to scrub before using. Kitchen sponges were dirty and smelly. Contacted owner and just told me there had been no time for deep cleaning. We had a wonderful vacation with 12 people (extended family with adults and late teenage kids). The condo fit us perfectly with plenty of room. With our family we tend to cook most of our own meals while hanging out together. This unit was loaded with most anything you would need for cooking. The BBQ was more like a “blackstone griddle” which worked great for us as we used it for breakfast and dinner meals. This feels more private than other similar units because of the building location. We would come back here again.We also rented the boat lift which was a great as the kids were quickly able to take out the boat anytime to go fishing or water sports right in front of the condo. ##### Brian C. Beautiful view of the lake and convenient to Waterpark and Bridges of the Bay restaurants. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work the first night. When I contacted owners to see if we could check in a bit early, they did let me know. Air Conditioner was replaced on our 2nd day so by that afternoon it had cooled off. The washer and dryer doors had lots of blue tape on them. We realized the doors needed to be taped closed to operate. That was a bit weird. It is a lake place so we don’t expect it to be perfectly clean but we did see cobwebs, Leftover food containers in refrigerator, etc. We would recommend pest control as there were a lot of spiders. We found them in living room and bedrooms. Granddaughter had a big spider bite after sleeping in bunk bed room. We did have an amazing family reunion. We had young kids with us and it was a nice place to spread out in between activities. It was our first time to the Okoboji area; it was mid January - it was a very cold weekend and the crowds were minimal. We arrived on Friday late afternoon/evening and left Sunday morning. The Boji Splash water park was very busy, but the water for the 2 large slides, pool with basketball & lily pads and the lazy river was freezing due to a boiler problem, but we made the best of it. We tried a couple restaurants and the food, drinks and service was fantastic at both. Our family time in the condo was great, we enjoyed movies, games, decorating cookies and just being together making memories! We will definitely be back to this area. ##### Deanna H. I rented this property because of the beautiful deck… but no deck to sit outside/relax and enjoy the lake. No curtains up on the windows so we could not sit in the living room with the sun in our eyes for many hours. The dryer was not working properly. The afternoon we checked in was a terrible storm so with wet clothes a working dryer would have been beneficial. My daughter in law was trying to get into the building and debris from the workers flew at her and she had a terrible cut on her leg. With three toddlers and lumber all along the hallways it was definitely a safety concern. Like I said I am very disappointed that I was not informed about the renovations when I booked this property. I probably would have looked into another property but was not given that opportunity. I do appreciate the owners did refund 15 percent. I personally feel with all the safety concerns, men on ladders outside the windows, and equipment all around the building all condos in this building should not be rented out till work is completed.
