Perfect spot to open the windows and listen to the concerts and watch the fireworks! You are only minutes from the beach, coffee shops, fine and casual dining, bike trails and shopping! Take a short walk on Saturday mornings to the Farmer's Market and explore local vendors: produce, flowers, candles, bake goods and live music. A short walk to Arnold's Park (maybe 2 blocks). They have great music at the new outdoor venue. The kitchen is large and well stocked. The bedrooms are large as well. Our place ended up being the gathering point for our group (Family Reunion) because it was so convenient to the park and comfortable to sit in and play games. There are bars in the area but we had no problem with noise. Nice coffee shop downstairs and several restaurants within a block or so. We ate at 2 and the food was good. Easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. If we are in the area again we will definitely rent this property. ##### Kenneth N. The location is absolutely perfect for everything from a short walk to Arnold’s Park, shopping at the Emporium and plenty of local restaurants and bars.
