The holiday home "Old Captain's House" in Arnis, near Kappeln an der Schlei, presents itself stylistically in a brand new guise. This house offers the finest sanding ranges and scores not only by its unique location on the romantic peninsula, but also by a 1,000 square meter water property with its own boat dock and rowing boat.
The 110 square meter Old Captain's House offers distributed over two floors space for 4 people (on request 5 and 6. Person additionally possible). So it is also very suitable for a family holiday with children. But even for couples there is the opportunity in this stylish holiday home to spend a few nice hours as a couple. For example, with a good glass of wine in front of the cuddly stove. The living room of the house offers two comfortable sofas. State-of-the-art technology such as flat screen TV, DVD, free Wi-Fi and Dolby Surround System provide entertainment when the weather outside is less inviting. On the upper floor of this cozy holiday home you will find a small roof balcony with a magnificent view of the Schleiblick.
The whole house has been lovingly and stylishly furnished in the Nordic, maritime ambience of the region and meets the conditions of the 5-star criteria of DTV. The house is equipped with real wood floor.
The large, fully fenced garden of the house is directly adjacent to the Schlei shore and is cut only by the footpath leading around Arnis. A boat dock (up to 1 m draft) with a rowboat belongs to the property and is available for free. Various terraces and secluded corners with garden furniture invite you to linger in the garden. Especially inviting is the Finnish sauna.
For all amateur golfers and those who have always wanted to golf, there is a special holiday highlight in the holiday property: with our "easyGolf card" you can enjoy the great 6-hole course and the driving range of the Golfclub am Stenerberg (Rabenkirchen- Faulück) free of charge and put your skills to the test!

The holiday home Altes Kapitänshaus is located in Arnis, Germany's smallest town. Arnis is located on a beautiful peninsula on the Schlei, about 4 km from Kappeln and 8 km from the Baltic Sea beach. For many years the ZDF series "the country doctor" was shot in this region. Other films such as "The Five Friends" and "Under Other Circumstances" were created in Arnis, Schleswig and the entire Schleiregion. Arnis is popular with water sports enthusiasts due to its location and has restaurants and bakers. The Schlei is a paradise for "gentle" water sports, such as swimming, sailing, sailing, kayaking / canoeing or rowing, and of course for anglers. Das Kapitänshaus hat alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist einzigartig, mit großem Garten und eigenem Steg.

Gemütliches Haus zum Entspannen

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und den Urlaub trotz durchwachsenem Wetter genossen. Das Alte Kapitänshaus ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Auch der Garten ist wunderschön und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Dieses Ferienhaus hat alle Sterne verdient.

Ein Feriendomizil mit persönlichem Ambiente und allem was man braucht und noch Meer!

Es macht einen enormen Unterschied, ob ein Haus mit wahllos gewählten Möbeln zur Vermietung ausgestattet wurde oder der Eigentümer seine eigene, persönliche Einrichtung den Gästen zur Verfügung stellt! Erst dann fühlt man sich wie zu Hause und nicht in der Ausstellung eines Möbelhauses!

Kapitänshaus Bad Arnis

Das Kapitänshaus entspricht fast den Beschreibungen. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl und aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Haus ist für 4 Personen sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist sehr groß und neuwertig und ist von der Sauna aus in ein paar Schritten zu erreichen. Küche mit allem was nötig ist ausgestattet. Die Betten in den Schlafzimmer sind top. Fragen an den Reiseanbieter wurden direkt und schnell beantwortet. Wir hätten noch folgende Vorschläge zur Änderung: Da wir Weihnachten angereist sind, hatten wir keine Möglichkeit Kaminholz zu besorgen. Tip: für die ersten Tage sollte Brennholz und Anzünder da sein. Normale dünnwandige Weingläser sollten auch im Haus sein. Evtl. sollten die Sessel ausgetauscht werden, da sie nicht für Allergiker geeignet sind

Arnis auch Anfang März eine Reise wert

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit großen Räumen uns schön gestalteten Zimmern. Die Lage, direkt an der Schlei ist perfekt, auch der Weg zum Ostseestrand ist mit dem Auto in 20 Minuten problemlos bewältigt. Nicht so perfekt ist, dass kurz vor unserem Besuch im Haus Lackierarbeiten durchgeführt wurden. Das gesamte Haus war mit Lackgeruch konterminiert,das Wohnzimmer und das Durchgangszimmer im 1. OG sind trotz ständigen Lüften kaum zu nutzen gewesen. Leider hat auch die Sauna nicht funktioniert.
