Welcome to a home designed for multiple families, larger groups, and retreats! This home features a beautiful chef's kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, a main level and basement living area, and great kids space over the garage. There is plentiful outdoor entertaining space on the tiered deck and outdoor fire pit overlooking the lake, and a stone pathway that connects to a sidewalk leading down to a double slip dock. Enjoy the beautiful views of Smith Lake from our home! The space This home sleeps a total of 22 guests, all in beds- we do not count couches or air mattresses as beds at this home! The layout of the house supports multiple families or larger groups, with several larger open areas perfect for kids and adults. There is a total of 7 bedrooms, 1 bunkroom, and 1 open flexroom that can all be used for guests to sleep in. House had everything we needed for sleeping, cooking and outdoor activities. It was convenient for all our kids and close to a store in Arley if we forgot anything. The house was amazing and the location couldn’t have been better. We felt the house was top of the line and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The only small issue we had was the couches and chairs did not have that comfortable cozy, curl up in front of the fireplace feel. We plan on being back next year. ##### Gaye W. Very clean, with a well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Dock area was clean - lily pad was a nice addition. There is a 10/15 foot area before the lake that is a steep side walk, so be prepared, as it is not for the elderly or those with trouble walking. It was so clean, had everything we ever needed and close to a small grocery store just incase you forgot anything, the outdoor areas were just as beautiful.
