It comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 25 m² private courtyard. We're waiting for you! The apartment is composed as follows: First floor: \- 20 m² living room with TV, sofa bed, sitting area, dining area and WC \- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob... Second floor: \- Bedroom 1: A double bed (140×190), a study area, a shower room with shower and a closet Second floor: Bedroom 2: A double bed (140×190), a study area, a shower room with WC and a cupboard. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. Exterior: \- A courtyard of approx. 25 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather \- A small laundry room The house is ideally located in Arles, in a very pleasant environment. Close to renowned markets, essential cultural sites, exhibitions and amenities, making it easy to plan your visits during your stay. Activities : \- 8-minute walk: to the Luma Tower, numerous restaurants and stores in the city center. \- 10-15 min. walk to most of the city's museums, monuments, tourist attractions and photo exhibitions (and more). if you want to explore the surrounding area, the Alpilles, the Camargue etc... Also within easy driving distance are \- Montmajour Abbey (10mn) \- Fontvieille (15mn) \- Les Alpilles (Maussane, Les Baux de Provence, St Rémy etc...) (20-30mn) \- Les Stes Maries de la mer (Camargue) (40mn) \- Avignon, Nîmes, Salon de Provence (40mn) \- Montpellier, Aix, Marseille etc... (1h) Transportation : If you wish to stay only in Arles, to take advantage of all the photo exhibitions, and/or to visit the town and all its cultural treasures, you don't even need a car, being 5 minutes from the station, all amenities, bus stops and in the heart of the town. It was very clean and Cecile was very helpful, friendly and responsive to questions and needs. It was in good condition, nicely set up and had everything that was described. Die Lage zum historischen Stadtkern ist hervorragend. Alles ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Auch die Anbindung ans Umland ist von der Unterkunft sehr gut und man kommt mit dem Auto schnell auf die umgebenden Straßen, um zum Beispiel in die Camargue zu gelangen. Im Haus ist alles notwendige vorhanden und Cécil ist eine wirklich sehr nette Gastgeberin und jederzeit erreichbar. ##### Robert W.
