« The property is very nice just needs a little more TLC. The house is missing a few items that people would need, specifically in the kitchen. The house furniture I think needs to be replaced, especially down stairs and could use a little bit more. The house is very charming and would stay there again. Communication with everyone was great. « Our family of 4 stayed at the Blue Pearl Beach House in August 2023 and we highly recommend it to anybody who wants to be in the heart of Grand Bend! The location is perfect, just a short 7 min walk to the main beach, and right off the main strip with all of its restaurants and shops. It's also within walking distance to Tim Hortons, Pizza Hut, The Beer Store and Circle K Convenience store. « We had an amazing time in Parkhill and the surrounding area. We were thrilled to be able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, an ice cream shop, and LCBO. Our dog absolutely fell in love with the enclosed yard, choosing to spend much of his getaway quietly watching the neighborhood. It is clear the hosts put love into this property. The space was inviting and decorated beautifully. We would love to come stay again! »

« This property has so much potential that I almost feel badly about this poor review — almost. The cottage smelled terrible and it was dirty. We had to clean the fridge and cupboards before storing food. The coffee pot had not been cleaned and there was mold growing on the grounds. « We checked in for our long weekend stay and were very pleased with the cottage. It is spacious and the yard is very private. We enjoyed a BBQ with some friends and then relaxed around the propane firepit. Despite the rain, we still managed to enjoy the secluded beach we had to ourselves. The neighborhood is quite and only 6 minutes drive to the main area if you want excitement. I would recommend this place. »
